Not everyone is cut out to be a rebel.

Call it culture. Call it a mindset. Call it an attitude. To be the best in the industry, Big River Steel sought rebels. And we found them. Rebels who dared to take a chance. Rebels who dared to go big. Rebels who dared to see potential and surpass it. Daring to move past disruption. Daring to re-imagine what it means to be a steel company.

Big River Steel mill operator with coil

In every single corner at Big River, from the pulpits in our mill to the desks in our admin building to the technicians in our lab to the visitor chairs at our customers’ offices, you’ll find team members who are creating a new reality of what a steel company can be. We’re committed to each other – just as we’re committed to our customers and our industry partners.
