A Letter to Our Customers Regarding COVID-19

As a valued supplier, we know your business relies on the steel products you receive from Big River Steel. In the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, I want to personally reassure you of our dedication to business continuity. All of us at Big River are committed to:

  • Protecting the well-being of our team members, first and foremost. For example, we have stopped all non-essential travel and are requiring those who have recently traveled internationally to self-quarantine.
  • Maintaining a dependable team dedicated to meeting your steel delivery timelines. We have canceled all non-essential meetings and visits to our site as just one of the protocols we have initiated.
  • Equipping our team with technologies and remote working options. We will continue to be able to be proactive in our communications and support of you and your company.
  • Sustaining any future market irregularities to continue to be your supplier of choice.

Let me again stress that our top priority is keeping our team members safe and healthy. We have contingencies in place to allow us to maintain that commitment while continuing to fulfill customer needs. Our Contingency Plan procedures are designed to limit threats, protect resources and minimize customer inconvenience during a situation such as this.
